1. Booking and Confirmation
A departure seat is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance booking deposit (typically 30% to 50% depending on the destination) and written confirmation from our operations team. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to trip departure or at the time of base city assembly as agreed.
2. Fitness and Health Responsibility
High-altitude trekking and remote expeditions entail physical exertion and exposure to varying weather conditions. By booking, each participant affirms they are medically fit and have disclosed any pre-existing cardiopulmonary, orthopaedic, or acute medical conditions. Our certified leaders reserve the right to modify any participant's itinerary if continuing poses a risk to health.
3. Force Majeure & Route Alterations
Mountain travel is subject to natural occurrences including landslides, heavy snowfall, roadblock closures, weather changes, and government permit revisions. In such events, our captains will choose the safest alternate route. Extra costs incurred due to natural delays are borne by participants.
4. Code of Conduct on Trail
We uphold a strict Leave No Trace policy. Littering, disrespecting local cultural heritage, or violating forest rules will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. Mutual respect and group harmony are expected of all travellers.
